Agency with support needs
InMotion Hosting
Established agencies billing clients monthly
Reseller tiers with deep technical support behind them.
Hosting type
Start a hosting business — or manage client sites like one.
Reseller hosting gives you a wholesale slice of managed infrastructure — a WHM/cPanel allocation you divide into your own client accounts under your own brand. It is how many Nepali agencies and web designers add a recurring-revenue line: you sell the website and the hosting together, and the provider stays invisible behind your brand.

Questions
Reseller if you want the provider to keep managing the servers — you sell accounts, not servers. A VPS once you (or your team) can administer Linux and want higher margins for the same clients.
The math works when hosting rides on website builds: the site pays once, the hosting pays monthly. Competing as a pure-price host against established local brands is harder — sell the relationship, not just the gigabytes.
