Business Email Hosting

you@yourbusiness.com.np — the address that makes a company look real.

01Hosts

Business email is the cheapest credibility upgrade a Nepali company can buy. Free webmail addresses lose deals; a domain-matched mailbox wins them. You have three honest routes: mailboxes bundled with your web hosting, Google Workspace, or a dedicated email host — and the right one depends on how much administration you want to own.

02Included

Included

What you get with this type of hosting.

Domain-matched address

Sends and receives as your domain — the trust signal free mail can’t carry.

Hosting-bundled mail

Most shared plans include mailboxes; often the zero-extra-cost answer.

Workspace collaboration

Google Workspace adds docs, calendar and drive tied to your domain.

Deliverability matters

SPF, DKIM and DMARC records — configured properly, spam stops at the door.

Webmail + IMAP

Browser access plus native mail-app support on phones and laptops.

Backups you control

Export or forward copies; mail is the one business record you cannot lose.

03Fit

Who this is for

  • Any business still sending invoices from a free webmail address
  • Teams that live in Google Docs and Calendar
  • Agencies provisioning mail for client domains

Buying from Nepal

All of these hosts are international, so checkout needs an internationally enabled card. Dollar and virtual cards from Nepali banks are the usual route. You can pair any of them with a free .com.np domain (domain guide).

04FAQ

Questions

Business Email Hosting FAQ

Hosting email or Google Workspace?

Hosting-bundled mail is free and fine for a handful of low-volume mailboxes. Google Workspace costs per user per month but brings collaboration tools and best-in-class deliverability — worth it the moment email is operational, not just present.

Why do my emails land in spam?

Almost always missing or wrong SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, or a shared-server reputation problem. Set the three records first; if it persists, move to Workspace or a dedicated mail host.
